Event Consulting Partners was created to provide organizations with experienced event support that adapts to their needs, whether that means managing an entire event, supporting a specific part of the planning process, or adding experienced capacity to an existing team.
The Experience Behind ECP
Event Consulting Partners brings hands-on experience across conferences, meetings and organizational events, supporting programs from early planning through onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up.
Led by Annick Hector, CMP, ECP draws on association and organizational event experience spanning program and speaker coordination, venue and supplier management, audiovisual production, food and beverage, registration, sponsors and exhibitors, event technology and onsite delivery. Bilingual English and French capability supports organizations working across both languages.
This practical experience shapes ECP’s collaborative approach: working alongside internal teams, adapting to existing processes and providing additional expertise and capacity where it is needed most.
